📦 Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange for most products.
✅ Eligible Scenarios for Returns:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is in unused, original condition with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
You changed your mind or didn’t like the product (no questions asked return).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
Personalized/customized items tailored to your request.
Products used, tampered with, or without original packaging.
🔁 Return Process:
Raise a Return Request
Email us at support@theitstores.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order ID and reason for return.
Share images or videos in case of damage, defect, or wrong product.
Pickup & Reverse Logistics
Our courier partner will attempt pickup within 2–7 working days.
Ensure the product is securely packed with all original items.
Quality Check
Once received at our warehouse, we will perform a quality inspection.
Exchange or refund will be processed post verification.
🔄 Exchange Guidelines
Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.
Only size exchanges or defect-related replacements are allowed.
Exchanges will be initiated after the returned item is received and cleared by our QC team.
All the exchange or replacement item will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days once the old orders are returned.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are processed after the quality check is completed.
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund link will be sent via email, SMS, or WhatsApp to add your bank details.
Refund of shipping charges will be provided only in case of:
Damaged or defective item
Wrong or missing product received
🚚 Self-Shipping for Returns
In rare cases where reverse pickup isn’t available for your PIN code, we may ask you to self-ship the product.
Ship the item within 72 hours of return approval.
Email us the shipping receipt at support@theitstores.com.
We recommend using India Post and will reimburse shipping up to ₹75.
🧵 Personalized Product Policy
Items customized specifically for you are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This includes name-engraved products, custom designs, or made-to-order items.
We urge you to double-check specifications before placing such orders.
❗ Received a Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Item?
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include:
Clear photos of the packaging box
Unboxing video showing the product and shipping label
For missing items, verification will be done using our internal CCTV footage of packaging.
⚠️ Do not accept delivery if the packaging is visibly tampered with.
🚫 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us via email.
In case your order is canceled or undelivered, the full amount will be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock issues or payment fraud).
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 working days to the source account.
